At FYidoctors, we want you to love your new look. If your frames or sunglasses aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.
Pack Your Items
Place your eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth securely in the original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your nearest FYidoctors clinic.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
